Question 1

When are NRL team lists announced?

Accepted Answer

NRL team lists are announced at 4:00pm AEST every Tuesday for the upcoming round. Teams can still make late changes right up until kick-off, so check back closer to the game.

Question 2

How does the NRL interchange bench work?

Accepted Answer

Each team names a six-player bench (jerseys 14-19), but only four of them can take the field during a match. The fifth and sixth bench players can only be activated under the 18th-player rule — typically a foul-play send-off or multiple failed Head Injury Assessments. The eight-interchange (rotation) cap per game still applies across the four active bench players.
